The governing body of our school has general responsibility for the conduct of the school with a view to promoting high standards of educational achievement and the need to eliminate unlawful discrimination and to promote equality of opportunity in the area of race, disability and gender.
When the full governing body meets there are opportunities to focus at length on key areas such as Computing or our diversity and distinctiveness as a church school, as well as tracking progress towards targets.
In common with all governing bodies we are also able to welcome associate governors, who do not have voting rights but are able to bring specific expertise for the good of the school.
The current Chair of the Governing Body is Mrs Claire Levene Plumb.
The Clerk to the Governing Body is Mrs Sam Nicol.
All communication with the Governing Body should be sent to the school, marked for the attention of the Clerk in the first instance. Contact details are here.
