The Friends of St John's would like to welcome children and their families into the vibrant and inclusive St John's community.

As parents and families of children at St John's, you, along with all the teachers and staff are part of the Friends of St John's.  We are a registered charity, supported by the national association, Parentkind.

Our aim is to enhance the children's time here at St John's , through fun and engaging events, and to provide opportunities and additional resources to enrich their learning, all the while celebrating our lovely school community.

Throughout the year, we organise fun events for the children and their families to get involved with.

Some of the events we have held in the last year include;

• Jubilee fair
• After school ice pole sales
• Year 4 leavers BBQ and disco

Money raised by the Friends has helped towards the purchase of a class set of laptops, playground equipment, cookers and trolleys and has contributed towards learning enrichment in each class.

Our fundraising is dependent on the involvement of parents and staff.  We would love for all of you to be involved on any level that works for you.  Perhaps you can offer an hour of your time, donate a cake of prize, or have a skill that you can share at one of our events.  You can even join the team and help us shape plans and fundraising goals.
